Welcome to Bongers EcoTox ServicesDr. ir. Marina Bongers is an environmental toxicologist. She holds a PhD degree in Biology (Earth and Life Sciences) from the VU University, Amsterdam, in the Netherlands and an MSc degree in Environmental Sciences from the Wageningen University also in the Netherlands. Marina Bongers has five years of experience as a consulting (eco)toxicologist at the Dutch ENVIRON office (Den Dolder) until its closure in 2014. She is experienced in chemical and product related regulatory support, including preparation of REACH-registration dossiers, plant protection product dossiers and biocidal product dossiers at both EU and member state level. Marina Bongers' areas of expertise include environmental risk assessment of chemicals, evaluation of ecotoxicological studies, efficacy studies and analytical methods and validation studies. In January 2015 she started as a self-employed consultant offering regulatory services to the chemical industry related to biocides, plant protection products, and REACH. Additionally she offers data analyses with GUTS, enhancing the output of (standard) ecotoxicity tests on survival. |
